Our Cake Flavors
Only the best quality ingredients are used in our cakes which are always baked fresh to order. We also make our own ganache, buttercream, fondant and even vanilla extract, all from the best ingredients. All of our cakes are around five inches in height and created with three or four layers of moist, delicious cake. These layers are held together with silky smooth Swiss Meringue Buttercream, and preserves if requested. Encasing the cake in decadent white, milk or dark chocolate ganache, and finishing with a thin layer of fondant icing is the way we do it here at Vivian May Cake! All of this creates the basis for an artistic masterpiece for your special occasion.

All of our cakes are made with dairy, eggs and wheat. They are also made in a kitchen where nuts and soy may be present. Therefore we cannot guarantee that our cakes will not contain trace amounts of these ingredients.
